o About Mike Entwisle and his MG Workshop.
At the tender age of thirteen Mike bought his first car, the wreck of an Austin seven. After a summer’s holiday toiling on it, it ran again, and so the seeds were sown. At seventeen Mike had his first MG, an MG NA 1934, bought for £8.00, two weeks’ wages! Since then he has owned MMM, T Type, MGA, MGB and Midgets and has worked on almost every MG made excepting Vintage and 6R4. Mike ran the City Lubrication in Manchester, working on all types of car, then the Entune garage in Farnworth until 1999. Mike then tried to retire, selling Entune to Mark and John. But you wouldn’t let Mike retire , leading to the present MG Workshop in Middlewich, Cheshire, which is equipped with all the requisite machinery and tools you would expect to facilitate the repair, modification and rebuilding of your MG, indeed all manner of MG and classic, fast, slow, road or track are worked upon.
The old fashioned ethics of value for money and pride in a job well done are the principals in Mike's MG Workshop.
Engines, Gearboxes, Race Preparation and support, Restoration and Repair are my delight in the new premises in Middlewich, Cheshire.
